Dear Member,

Delve Research (owner of Ask Me Pay Me) has agreed to transfer their paid survey panelists to Cint USA, Inc. As part of this change your account will be migrated from the legacy Ask Me Pay Me paid panel to the corresponding SurveyRewards panel on 1 September 2025.

• SurveyRewards will create a new account for you on SurveyRewards and import your incentive balance. If you don’t already have an account on SurveyRewards, please wait for SurveyRewards to create one for you – you don’t need to sign yourself up.
• If you already have an account on SurveyRewards, they will add the balance from your Ask Me Pay Me account to the existing account on September 1 and you can continue to log in as usual.

Actions required from you

Now

• Add noreply@engagepanelsystem.com to your email address book to ensure you can receive important messages from SurveyRewards, including the link to set your new password.
• Bookmark surveyrewards.me; you’ll use this website to log in to your account from 1 September.

On 1 September

• Look out for a “welcome” email from SurveyRewards which contains a link for you to set your new password. This email will have the SurveyRewards branding.
• Once you’ve set your new password, you can log in as usual. You’ll see your incentive balance as well as any available surveys on the offerwall.
• You’ll notice a few small changes to the experience in the portal, which you can read more about here.
• Please make sure to answer the Profile questions on your new account so SurveyRewards can better match you to suitable surveys.

If you are also a member of the Ask Me Pay Me prize draw panel, this change does not impact your membership of the Ask Me Pay Me prize draw panel. You will still be able to participate in the regular Ask Me Pay Me prize draw surveys.
